Empower your students with hands-on STEM learning through ScholarBots by ScholarsTec — a fun and engaging robotics program designed for schools and after-school programs.

We offer two flexible ways to partner:

​Robots are packaged as one kit per project.

​​

🔹 Option 1: Program Kits
Purchase our ScholarBot kits complete with (Each kit includes one wooden robotics STEM kit, instructions, and acrylic markers) ,  and  instructional videos.
💰 $20 per ScholarBot kit 
Ideal for schools outside York Region or those who prefer to run the program independently.

🔹 Option 2: Full-Service Program
Let us handle everything! Our experienced instructor/s will visit your school and deliver the program.
💰 $20 per kit (Each kit includes one wooden robotics STEM kit, instructions, and acrylic markers) + teaching and transport fee per visit (may include 1 or 2 instructors depending on the number and age of the students)

📍 Available across York Region

For schools outside York Region, we also provide a training program so your staff can confidently run sessions using our kits.

📦 Program Details 

✔ Programs available for Summer Camps, PA Days, March Break, and Winter Break
✔ Flexible setup — choose the number of kits and sessions that fit your needs
✔ Please confirm your required number of kits at least 40 days in advance, due to high demand the kits availability is limited

✔A minimum of 10 students is required for our instructors to conduct the session.

📌 Confirmation Policy:

✔ Program confirmation is provided once full payment is received.

​

​

📝Cancellation Policy: 

✔ Full cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date will incur a $100 cancellation fee.If there are changes to the number of kits requested, we will do our best to accommodate them. A minimum of 10 kits/projects is required for the camp to run with our instructors present. If the minimum is not met, you are welcome to order the kits and run the program independently.

 

🛡️ Safety Policy:

✔ For younger children or children who may require additional support due to learning or behavioural needs, a teacher or staff member from the organization be present to assist with supervision during the activity, as some sessions may include small pieces that require closer monitoring for safety.  ​​
