🌟 After-School & Weekend Program Schedule

How It Works

You can register your child for any program of your choice, and select the number of programs that your child is interested in. Flexibility is built in — students are welcome to switch between programs as needed.

⏰ Program Schedule & Additional Information

After-school Subscription Pricing (1.5 hour lessons):

1 Program - one 1.5 hour lessons a week - $195 monthly for one time a week

2 Programs - two 1.5 hours lessons a week - $390 monthly for two times a week

3 Programs - three 1.5 hour lessons a week - $570 monthly for three times a week

4 Programs - four1.5 hour lessons a week - $760 monthly for four times a week

5 Programs - five 1.5 hour lessons a week - $950 monthly for five time a week

**For each additional class there will be $195 charge monthly

Weekend Subscription Pricing (1 hour lessons):

1 Program - one 1 hour lessons a week - $150 monthly for one time a week

2 Programs - two 1 hour lessons a week - $300 monthly for two times a week

3 Programs - three 1 hour lessons a week - $450 monthly for three times a week

4 Programs - four1 hour lessons a week - $600 monthly for four times a week

5 Programs - five 1 hour lessons a week - $750 monthly for five time a week

**For each additional class there will be $150 charge monthly

Additional Material Fee:

-Text Book Fee: Between $30-$40 for the text book

-For Scholarbot Programs:

Level 1 robots: $20 per robot

Level 2: robots: $25 per robot

Level 3 robots: $30 per robot

Students can take the robots home after completion.

Do you require after-school pickup?

YES

If 'YES' what is the name of the school, the address of the school, and the time the school closes. We will send you the transport form to fill out.

I understand that StudentScholars offers after-school programs on PA Days, and the Centre is only closed on official Ontario public holidays.

Are you interested in PA Day programs? If your child is already registered on that day, the full-day camp is $90 and half day is $45

I understand that, in accordance with the Centre’s policies, for missed classes, I am eligible for one credit per subject each month, and I must notify the Centre at least 24 hours in advance of the class to receive the credit. All other classes will be forfeited as we are reserving the spot for your child.

I understand that the program uses positive reinforcement and clear expectations to guide student behavior. I acknowledge that if my child damages school property, I may be held financially responsible. I also understand that repeated disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in a parent meeting, temporary suspension, or removal from the program.
