All program fees must be paid before the start of the class unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
ScholarsTec reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of enrollment.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the program start date to be eligible for a refund or credit.

ScholarsTec reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a credit, rescheduling option, or refund.

5. Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and participate respectfully.

ScholarsTec reserves the right to remove any participant who:

Disrupts the learning environment
Engages in inappropriate or unsafe behavior
Violates program guidelines

No refunds will be provided for removals due to misconduct.

6. Online Classes and Technology Requirements

For online programs, students are responsible for ensuring they have:

A stable internet connection
A compatible computer or device
Required software or tools specified by ScholarsTec

ScholarsTec is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s device or internet connection.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including lesson plans, software, videos, documents, and other content provided by ScholarsTec, are the intellectual property of ScholarsTec or its licensors.

Participants may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or share course materials without written permission.

Materials are provided for personal educational use only.

8. Photography and Media

ScholarsTec may take photographs or videos during classes or events for promotional or educational purposes.

By participating in our programs, you consent to the use of such media unless you notify us in writing prior to participation.
